• Describe (up to 1 page of A4) the purpose for which a grant would be used (including an assessment of the benefits resulting from your project).

• Nominate 2 referees to whom the Selection Panel may refer.
• I agree to provide a report on the activities supported by the Award with a summary suitable for use in the Society’s Newsletter. This report will be forwarded to the Secretary of the Society as prescribed in the letter specifying conditions of Award acceptance.
